North County Community Services

Our first event will take place at The Gardens at North River Road. It is a 1/2 acre edible garden that provides fresh produce for the North County Community Services programs including six preschools in Oceanside and Escondido. This Saturday the 13th from 10-noon we will be helping out at The Gardens. Bring some work clothes, water, sunscreen and if you can spare it, a couple dollars to help with the cost of materials (this is by no means required though). Hope to see you there!

Casa de Amparo Crystal Ball Gala

Our second event will be at the Casa de Amparo Crystal Ball Gala. This silent auction night of elegance raises money for Casa de Amparo every year. As volunteers we will be helping with setup/tear-down, staffing the tables and serving refreshments to the attendees. If you want to join let us know and be sure to wear your fancy pants! The party starts Saturday November 3rd, 2012 from the 3-11pm.

It is crucial that you e-mail us if you wish to attend, we will be assigned duties so please don't show up unannounced!
